How credits work

One unit. Every channel.

Every plan includes a pool of credits that you spend across voice, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and video. These are the platform defaults — plan-specific overage rates apply when you exceed your monthly allowance.

The honest version.

What's a credit?
A credit is the single unit you spend across every channel. One minute of voice or chat = 1 credit. A minute of video = 1.5 credits. Each SMS = 0.5 credits. Each WhatsApp template message = 0.3 credits. See the full rate card above.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Sign up with an email, get 20 free credits, and test every channel — voice, chat, SMS, WhatsApp. No credit card required. When you're ready to keep going, pick a plan from the dashboard.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your account keeps working and overage is billed at your plan's per-credit rate (Starter $1.50, Professional $1.00, Business $0.80, Enterprise custom). You can also cap your account from the billing dashboard — once the cap is hit, new sessions pause until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. One-time top-up packs purchased separately never expire while your account is active.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 10% on every paid plan (Starter $89/mo, Professional $594/mo, Business $1,188/mo). Toggle annual at the top of this page to see annual rates.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans can be cancelled at renewal. No long contracts, no lock-in.
Can I bring my own phone numbers?
Yes. Professional and above support BYO numbers via SIP, Twilio, or Telnyx. Porting existing numbers is free. We can also provision new numbers in 40+ countries.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Starter, Professional, or Business. Enterprise deployments may include a one-time implementation fee based on scope — typically covering custom tool wiring, call flow design, and compliance review.
How are failed calls and sessions handled?
You're not billed for calls where the caller abandons before pickup, where the assistant fails to load, or where audio quality is below our threshold. Idle chat sessions (no contact engagement) aren't billed either. We monitor this automatically and credit your account when it happens.
